Our pots are always delivered with a matching saucer and filled with clay balls on ⅕ of the height. This ensures proper drainage and protects your plant's roots from possible overwatering.

Once the plant is placed in the Ecopots™ pot, we also add potting soil and fertilizer specially designed to meet the specific needs of your plant.

Our reinforced triple fluted cardboard box has been specially designed for the transportation of plants. Thanks to this technology, the foliage is protected and your plant will remain upright without the soil escaping from the pot. This way, we guarantee that your plant will arrive in great shape.

In case of a problem, we will send you a new plant at our expense in accordance with the Flowy guarantee.
