Care tips

Light

The best way to care of your kentia is to place him in a bright location that receives only small amounts of direct sunlight in the morning or evening.

Watering

The Kentia does not like excess watering. Make sure you never let water stagnate at the bottom of the pot and only water the plant when the soil is dry on 2cm deep.

Temperature

Warm temperatures are best for this plant. But don't worry too much, it will grow very well if you keep the temperatures between 15 and 25°C! In winter, it can withstand temperatures down to 5°C.

Our pots are always delivered with a matching saucer and filled with clay balls on ⅕ of the height. This ensures proper drainage and protects your plant's roots from possible overwatering.

Once the plant is placed in the Ecopots™ pot, we also add potting soil and fertilizer specially designed to meet the specific needs of your Kentia XXL Palm Tree.
